I’m so happy with our decision to send our daughter to Launchpad DC. As a first time parent, sending my child to childcare was something that made me anxious. The staff from the get go have all been amazing. From the moment you walk in the door you and your child are greeted by name every time. The junior nursery team are absolutely amazing, every single day without doubt they will give you a detailed update on how your child went & they are honest too. If you have any concerns they will always address them as a top priority. Ive been told several times that if I want to check up on my child all I have to do is call and they will happily speak to me - which I’ve done & they have! I’ve been made to feel so comfortable here, it feels like a little community. I’ve recommended friends and family to this daycare. Couldn’t speak more highly of Launchpad DC & their amazing staff ❤️

Joining Launchpad Diamond Creek has been such a great experience. From my very first day, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness, and I immediately felt like part of the team. The management is incredibly supportive and genuinely cares about the staff, creating a positive and professional work environment. We have amazing relationships with the families, which makes the work even more meaningful. It’s a place where everyone works together and shares a real passion for giving children the best start in life. I’m proud to be part of such a dedicated and caring team.
