About Lane Cove Occasional Child Care
Lane Cove Occasional Childcare Centre is a not-for-profit community based child care centre. LCOCC provides two services for our community being long/regular day care and occasional care. In June 2017 LCOCC was rated EXCEEDING by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
Long/Regular Day Care
With this service our families are entitled to Approved Child Care who may be eligible to receive some Child Care Subsidy. A waiting list may apply.
Occasional Care
With this service the centre provides full day or half day care. There is typically no wait list for this service. If you are eligible for Child care subsidy you can now claim it for occasional care.
We operate all year except public holidays and 2 weeks during Christmas holidays. The Centre is licensed for 37 children and run by a voluntary Parent Committee elected annually in October.
The Centre is a nut free zone and we ask that no nut based products be brought to the Centre.
