Kylie's Family Day Care

MyBackground: I have been working with children in diffirent environments for the past 20 years.
I have always enjoyed spending time with children and from a young age have helped family and friends with babysitting. I live in my own house with my husband chris with a son finn and two dogs and two cats, that we love to care for. My interest are camping and spending time with family and friends.

My Philosophy: As the educator, I have a responsibility to care for children, thier well-being and thier rights. The operation of my family day care practices are therefore based on the following philosophy:

All children deserve an environment that promotes inclusiveness and develepoment through play. The environment should be safe and secure to allow children to explore and learn at their own pace through means appropriate to themselves, Children will be supported to develop thier social skills building a foundation to create their own identity. Kylie's day care welcomes children and families from all backgrounds and recognises the diffferent values that come from diverse family units.

My mission: Kylie's family day care is comminted to providing your child to express themselves by participating in a variety of activities encompassing both learning and play.
