Set in a beautiful heritage building bathed in natural light, KU Ultimo is a welcoming and inclusive long day care service with a wonderful outdoor space for your child to explore.

When children play and explore, their imagination and curiosity are sparked – they enjoy learning and are inspired to continue learning more.

Our play-based program intentionally provides a wide range of engaging opportunities and activities based on the Early Years Learning Framework.

We specialise in the Resources for Infant Educarers (RIE) Approach, which emphasises respectful and attentive interaction with infants. We focus strongly on building secure relationships, enabling children to develop confidence, feel valued and make positive connections with others.

KU Ultimo has been independently assessed by the NSW Department of Education and are proud to be rated as Exceeding the National Quality Standard.

Our staff undergo continuous professional development, staying at the forefront of early childhood education.

Director Jenny Liu is a university-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, practising since 2008.

She advocates for a play-based learning environment that promotes social and cultural inclusivity, enabling children to develop a wide range of skills through hands-on learning experiences.
