My daughter has been attending Kool Kidz Cranbourne West since she was 9 months old, for over 2 years now, and we absolutely love it here. Management are lovely and very easy to deal with and all the educators are reliable, communicative and professional. We’ve never had any worries that our daughter was not left in safe hands. The educators always greet my daughter in the mornings like family and have always worked with us when we have requested any changes to her routines or care eg. dropped or shortened naps or support with her toilet training. They have always happily obliged. Our daughter has learnt so much over the years and we appreciate all the effort the educators put into their daily activities and weekly incursions. To see our daughter grow in her knowledge of numbers, letters & shapes and become a sociable, confident little human is fantastic. We are very appreciative of the staff at KK Cranbourne West and couldn’t recommend the centre more highly!
