Welcome to Kool Kidz Ravenhall!

Kool Kidz Childcare Ravenhall is a purpose-built Early Learning, Childcare and Kindergarten facility, conveniently located close to Caroline Springs, Derrimut and Brimbank.

All children’s playrooms have a spacious play area, an abundance of educational resources and fun toys, art and craft supplies and colourful books.

There are dedicated sleeping areas and easy access to baby change tables and toilet facilities throughout the premises. The service also has a well-equipped outdoor play area and a separate kitchen that allows staff to provide healthy meals and snacks while catering for special dietary needs.

Kool Beginnings Curriculum

Kool Kidz’s highly qualified and experienced teachers and educators work in partnership with families to deliver high quality early learning opportunities for each and every child. These learning opportunities arise from children playing and engaging with a wide variety of learning areas.

These play spaces are created by the educators using our Kool Beginnings Curriculum which includes 11 learning blocks. We refer to these blocks as the Learning blocks for life.

We also use the Australian Early Years Learning Framework as the guide to how children will best learn and develop for their age group.

I've tried to sort out our childcare subsidy with their team over the last few weeks. I've called numerous times to resolve this issue. 4 times they've said someone will call back, and yet no one seems to call back. Due to very poor customer service from their reception team i'm leaving this review. I'm hoping someone calls back after seeing this review. To your reply: You never mentioned you couldn't do anything through centrelink. You had advised me you would contact me back in half an hour, which you didnt do. I also advised you yesterday to resubmit our application using my CRN number, which you haven't done yet. And I mentioned on the phone we have been approved for 100 hours a fortnight under my CRN. Please just try and resolve as i have requested. I have also replied to your email!! 21-11-23 We are still waiting for this to be resolved. Centrelink refunded $2000 odd back to Koolkidz, which Koolkidz are holding, which is our money which we had overpaid over the last 3 months. We have provided our bank details last week, yet they still haven't said anything about refunding this to our account. 24-11-23 You said you were going to refund $1000 of the $2000 you centre owes us by the end of this week. I came in yesterday to discuss this with someone at your centre, and you said you boss Shveta wasn't in and you would discuss it with her today and resolve it, however still no call back and when i called at 2pm today, there was no one at reception or in a managerial role to discuss this at the centre. I was told by one of the childcare educators that no one was there running the place.

Hi Samantha, As per your conversation over the phone as well as in person. We have informed you that we can’t do anything to relate with you subsidy’s. This matter you have to deal with centre link. We can not call or sort it out on your behalf due to privacy act and you will get subsidy based on your income and working conditions. You always informed by Admin and support via emails, newsletters and via app to update your family income to get ccs. Please let us know, how do you want a support from us, happy to work with you.
