Hi Wonderful Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the incredible experience I’ve had during my placement at Kool Kidz Mill Park. From the very first day, your warmth, kindness, and smiles made me feel welcome and supported. A special thank you to Nicole, for arranging my placement and giving me the opportunity to learn so much. I truly appreciate your constant encouragement, the cheerful greetings in the mornings, and the friendly send-offs in the evenings, it always sets a positive tone for my day. My deepest gratitude to my mentors, Richa and Jade. Richa, you’ve been such an inspiring teacher and role model. Your patience, calm nature, and ability to guide with kindness made every lesson meaningful. You didn’t just teach me tasks, you helped me understand what it truly means to care for children and to approach every moment with empathy and purpose. You believed in me even when I doubted myself, and that gave me the confidence to keep growing. Jade, you have been such a strong influence on my journey. I really value the way you pushed me to improve while also helping me feel supported and capable. I know I made some mistakes in the beginning, and I’m grateful for your understanding and honesty, it taught me so much. Your feedback, guidance, and positive energy made me a more confident and resilient person. You truly changed the way I see myself and the work we do, and for that, I’m deeply thankful. Thank you, Justine, for being such a supportive presence from the first day to the last. Your kindness and daily smiles always lifted my spirits. I wish you all the best for your exciting journey into motherhood, you’ll be a wonderful parent. To Maria, Lauren, Ashley, Kaylee, Emilee, Sharyn, Zaki, Jass, Seema, and all the other educators and teachers, thank you for making me feel like part of the Kool Kidz family. Your friendliness and encouragement created such a positive and comfortable environment, and I learned something from each of you. Finally, thank you to the centre management for fostering such a beautiful workplace filled with care, teamwork, and inspiration. I’m so grateful to have been part of this centre, even for a short time. I’ll miss you all so much.
