Kool Kidz Melton South

I have two children who attend Kool Kidz one in the Ladybugs room and the other in the Kinder room and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care and support they receive.
My child in the Kinder room has behavioural challenges, and the team has been incredibly supportive. They have taken the time to meet with me on several occasions to discuss his behaviours, work together on strategies, and ensure we’re all on the same page. Thanks to their patience, understanding and dedication, his behaviour has improved dramatically over the last few months 🤯
As a parent, seeing that progress has meant the world to me as I also see the changes at home
A special mention to Shalu in the Kinder room, who has been absolutely amazing with my child. Her patience, kindness and genuine care have made such a positive impact, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done to support him.
My second child is in the Ladybugs room and is absolutely thriving. The educators always keep me up to date with everything, from daily activities to milestones and any little concerns. Their communication is fantastic, and I always feel reassured knowing my child is happy, safe and so well cared for. I’d also like to give a special thank you to Donna. She has helped me on multiple occasions with all the little things that make such a big difference. She’s always approachable, easy to talk to, and willing to help whenever I need it. That level of support means so much as a parent.
The staff at Kool Kidz are truly fabulous. Every educator I’ve met is caring, friendly and genuinely invested in the wellbeing and development of the children. It’s so comforting to know my children are in such capable and compassionate hands every day. I can’t thank the team enough for the positive difference they’ve made in both of my children’s lives. I highly recommend Kool Kidz to any family looking for a caring, supportive and nurturing childcare centre. The staff are bees knees. And my children are thriving 🩷
