Kool Kids Early Learning Centre - Pacific Pines

We just moved here from New Zealand a couple of months ago, I looked at so many different centres, and when I walked through Kool kids pacific pines, they were so welcoming and friendly. My son has been attending kool kids for over a month now and he absolutely loves it. Everyone has made us feel so welcome and helped my son settle in so well. He absolutely loves his educators and we are so happy with our decision to come here.

After starting my girls at a different local childcare and being hugely disappointed, we couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kool Kids Pacific Pines. The educators all greet your children by name and are genuinely happy to see your children. They are warm and engaging and have the ability to welcome and settle the kids in for their day. I have 2 daughters at Pacific Pines Kool kids and have experienced both the junior and senior buildings. The centre is well equiped with loads of fun toys and play equipment and with ample room for them to run, play and explore both indoors and out. The educators plan lots of wonderful learning experiences for the children everyday. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughters :)

My son has now been at Kool Kids Pacific Pines for 2 and a half years and he is just about to start his Kindergarten Program. My daughter is going into her second year as well, my kids absolutely love going ( Even add Casual days ) and seeing all their friends they come home excited to tell us about their day. The friendly staff makes it so much easier knowing they are in great hands, they have built special relationships with all their educators.

After moving from Sydney to the Gold Coast a few months ago, my husband and I were concerned about never finding a warm and inviting environment for our four year old son to attend pre-kindy as we compared centers to my sons previous daycare. After a single day of attendance at 'Kool kids Pacific Pines', our minds lay to rest. What solidified our decision making process was after meeting the fantastic staff, in particular Miss Angie. She is a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day (as cliche as it sounds). Her warm and bubbly personality is so welcoming and comforting. She shows love whilst maintaining professionalism. She is dedicated and makes time for all my small chats as significant or insignificant that may be, and at the same time is equally there for everyone else. My son not only feels safe but feels confident in a school setting as if he were at home. In just a few months of attendance, he looks forward to practising name writing, colouring-in, phonetics practice, reading books together, making new friendships, and reciting songs. Most of which he had very little interest in doing so prior. The most difference I see in him is that he can't wait to attend class for the day, and doesn't want to leave right away upon pick up. He's come out of his shell, which is inevitably what we longed for. Thank you so much, we are forever greatful 🌻
