KingKids Narre Warren – Where Nature, Culture, and Community Come Together
At KingKids Narre Warren, we believe in creating meaningful early learning experiences that reflect the vibrant, multicultural community we’re proud to be part of. Our centre welcomes children aged 6 weeks to 6 years into a nurturing, play-based environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and connection.
One of our standout features is our exceptional natural outdoor yard—a space designed for exploration, creativity, and adventure. Children can care for turtles, observe hermit crabs, or simply enjoy imaginative play under the sun, supported by educators who understand the power of nature in early development.
Our diverse and inclusive approach is reflected not only in our educators and programs but also in our meals. We provide a fully halal, nutritious menu made fresh onsite, celebrating a variety of cultural flavours. Families can also enjoy our KingKids Eats take-home meal program—an affordable, not-for-profit service that provides delicious ready-to-heat dinners, with all proceeds reinvested into packaging and supplies.

I’ve had some concerns about the weather policy at this centre. On cold days (10°C) with rain and very hot days (35°C), children are still outside, and I feel it’s not in their best interest. I spoke with management, but the issue hasn’t been addressed. I hope the centre reviews their approach to ensure better care in extreme weather. The management has resolved the issue after 3 weeks, and I appreciate their prompt response. Thank you so much for listening and understanding.

Our service is committed to providing children with safe and enriching outdoor play experiences in all seasons, guided by the National Quality Standards and our SunSmart policy. We believe outdoor play supports children's resilience, wellbeing, and development, and we ensure children are dressed appropriately and have access to shade, water, and shelter at all times. Children are encouraged to make choices and learn about their own health and safety with support from our educators, in line with the Early Years Learning Framework. We regularly review our practices based on family, educator, and child feedback, and we are currently conducting another review to ensure our practices continue to meet the needs of our community. We’re proud to have been rated Exceeding in during our recent assessment and rating visit of Jan 2025. We did receive exceeding in Quality Area 3 (Physical Environment) for our current outdoor practices. Very good teachers in inventors room and also very good childcare I and my son love it too much so happy for our experience with them ( all lovely teachers Chetna , Sendy , Nelob, Greta, Gizal and Holly) thanks alot for your effort

I had a really bad experience at King kids, Narre Warren. My husband enrolled my little one to King Kids. He spoke to someone from the team, and they asked to do an online form and he said to me that the enrolment was confirmed, and we can send her this particular day. So last October, we sent her in the morning and this lady Holly called me after an hour or so and she was asking Why your child is in the daycare. The way she talked to me was very harsh. Then I said that we enrolled our daughter into King kids. She was like she can’t see anything on her end. But she didn’t even let me speak. Someone being in charge of the centre, I believe she has to learn how to deal with the clients in a professional way, rather than being rude. This is not the way she is supposed to talk to parents. We are looking for a nice place to send our kids to, and the first impression is not good. So, immediately after the call, I went to the centre, and I picked her from there. She later said she can offer somewhere in December. But the way she handled the whole situation, I have already made my mind not send to my kid again to this day care. My elder daughter went to King Kids, I know a few of the carers over there. That’s the only reason I went back. I would never recommend Narre warren king kids to any of my friends!!!

We pride ourselves on professional and clear communication with our families and haven't had an experience like this before.
