Kinda-Mindi Early Learning Centre - Homebush

Kinda-Mindi puts a lot of care into ensuring each child feels welcome, which is genuine with each and every one of their staff. Not only do we see this with our kids but all the kids that attend. We have a constant dialogue with the educators and they enjoy sharing anecdotes with us. This shows the high level of attention and focus they have on both our kids that attend the centre, and this is across all the rooms. The play areas are clean and inviting, and set up into nice little sections that are much more engaging than just one open plan space. It's an intimate environment where all the staff (including the director, casual staff and chef) are familiar with the kids. For our kids it works well because they are comfortable there and have become more confident and happy in a short amount of time. It's evident that the Kinda-Mindi team works well together and they enjoy being there. Every time I go all the kids are engaged and cheery and the atmosphere is pleasant. I'm also grateful that they are really flexible with arrangements with families. It's very reassuring to have this childcare centre that understands the needs of children so well. I've learned a lot from them as well and highly recommend this centre.

Kinda-Mindi ELC Homebush has been a great centre for our two kids. Our eldest was consistently unhappy with his previous daycare but has done a complete turnaround at Kinda-Mindi. The centre itself is clean, well organised, and feels very inviting. Communication with educators is thorough and concerns are always addressed. It’s easy to see that staff members are genuinely caring towards all the children. We are consistently surprised at how familiar educators of other classrooms are with our children and details like that which show what a welcoming community Kinda-Mindi has created.
