Kidzville ELC's unique philosophy recognises the benefits of providing a holistic learning experience for children in a caring, enriching environment supported by skilled, knowledgeable and passionate educators who value families and the community. We provide Leading learning programs where children aged six weeks to six years learn and discover through play, in secure environments.Experienced Educators and degree-qualified Teachers support children to grow and thrive. At KV we have Experienced Educators and degree-qualified Teachers support children to grow and thrive. We offer High quality two-year Preschool program, that prepares children for school with the benefits of long daycare. Get up to $500 in fee support for 3 year olds and $2,110 for 4 year olds and older on top of the Childcare Subsidy to help with the cost of preschool.We have few inhouse fee incentives applicable to our Families thrigh sibling discounts , five day discounts and so on.

This is a community not just childcare, the staff are friendly, caring and deeply invested in the well being of the kids they care for. Highly recommend this centre.

I share this review because of our experience I would have to say our little girl had such a hard time settling and everyone was so lovely to her I love the educators here but sadly one mistake on her last day was pretty costly which they investigated on and taken feedback well. The reason for my review is it took long for my daughters sensitive skin and area to heal of a mistake that was really preventable. Sadly until now even when healed the area has been left with marks that remind me everyday of what happened. It took a few months to get it right and for her skin to heal. This feedback I leave constructively as other than this everyone has really been well with us and made an effort with our child

We also followed through with internal reflection and implemented a performance process with the educator involved to ensure growth, accountability, and continued alignment with our centre’s values as well as reported the case to the Department of Education.
