Reviews for Kidzone Family Day Care

Very disappointing experience with Kidzone Family Day Care.
I am extremely unhappy with the way they handle payments. They force parents to pay the RedPay transfer fee, even though this fee is part of their own business costs and has nothing to do with families. It is unfair and unprofessional to push their operational expenses onto parents.

This practice shows a lack of transparency and respect for families who already pay high childcare fees. I hope they reconsider this policy and treat parents more fairly in the future.

Response from the owner

Thank you for sharing your concerns. We take feedback from families seriously. However, we have been unable to verify the name associated with this review as belonging to a current or former Kidzone Family Day Care customer.

All applicable fees and payment arrangements are disclosed to families when they join our service. RedPay transaction fees are determined and charged by RedPay which is a third-party payment provider, not by Kidzone Family Day Care.

We would welcome the opportunity to review your circumstances. Please contact our office so we can confirm whether you are one of our customers, examine your payment method and transaction history, and clarify any fees charged.
