About Kidzco Early Learning Centre Merrimac
Kidzco Early Learning Centre Merrimac is a modern purpose built Centre catering for 75 children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. We have five rooms from our dreamy Nursery through to our stimulating Kindergarten room. We have a qualified Kindergarten Teacher who delivers our Government Approved Kindergarten Program.
We have a very friendly team of educators who all share the same great passion for teaching within the early childhood sector. Our Educators are responsive to children and their changing needs, interests and abilities.
We provide a play based learning program that extends from the children’s interests. We create settings to invite experiences, interactions, risk taking, discovery, connections to nature, conversations, play and collaboration.
Our spacious, natural outdoor environment promotes learning and is a reflection of the home.
We work Collaboratively with our families and the Community to nurture and develop every child in their early, formative years.
Our Centre provides morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. These meals are prepared and cooked on site by our in-house Cook, in accordance with Nutrition Australia guidelines. Our children frequently eat their meals in our beautifully appointed piazza.
We use Storypark as a communication platform for families to share their children’s experiences through photos, stories and learning outcomes.

We've been going to Kidzo, Merrimac, for three years with our two boys, and we've never met more passionate and happy educators. They greet us with the same warm smiles and boundless energy at 8am drop-off as they do at 5pm pick-up. I don’t know what’s in their coffee, but these are the real superheroes! We love the daily photos and written updates showing all the fun activities the kids enjoy. The team goes above and beyond on special occasions and key dates throughout the year, involving the parents in creative ways. Seeing our kids progress while dressing up as their favorite characters is such a joy—though I’m not sure who enjoys it more, the children or the educators! The dedicated chef prepares beautiful, healthy, non-processed meals on-site, ensuring our growing boys get the nutrition they need. The educators also offer fantastic guidance and advice on health and ways to further develop your child’s abilities if needed. I recommend Kidzo to everyone I meet. Their communication updates through the assigned app keeps us well up to date with everything going on. Whether the staff are hiding secret capes under their uniforms or magic wands in their pockets, they somehow turn chaos into calm with a wave of their hands (and a lot of patience!), transforming every moment into a fun learning adventure.
