Kids On Collins is owned and operated by The Eltham College Foundation Ltd.

The Eltham College Foundation Ltd is a registered charity and a not-for-profit organisation, established in 1982. Since 2002, they have operated child care and early learning Centres and operate under the trading name Little Flyers Learning Centres. In addition to Kids on Collins, they proudly operate 4 Little Flyers Centres located at Eltham North, Caroline Springs and two in Doreen (Laurimar).

Kids on Collins has been in operation in Melbourne's CBD since 1996. Hailing as one of the first Early Education environments in Melbourne's CBD, its reputation for education and care continues to outshine many others that have now come into operation. Kids on Collins was the first ECEC setting in Australia to boast a Gardens in the Sky outdoor learning and development area for children. The Centre originated in a leased facility at 600 Collins Street which is soon to be demolished for the purpose of building a new high-rise building. This provided them with the incentive to create a state-of-the-art early learning facility for Kids on Collins at the heritage-listed MacPherson Building at 544-546 Collins Street. Kids on Collins will operate from this new location from January 24, 2022.
