I previously left a glowing 5* review but felt I’ve had to downgrade this after experiencing a safety issue in my child’s final year that caused us to leave the centre due to lack of support. While we did have an amazing experience for 3 years, treatment in the final year means I cannot in good conscience recommend with 5 stars. This is a very free spirited environment. While that works great some of the time, when there is a bullying or safety issue, there just isn’t the structure and discipline to deal with it sadly.
