Son leaving the daycare was poorly handled by staff whilst I was in surgery and couldn't do anything about it. The centre knew this and did not care anyway. Communication was non existent even though they said emails were sent. (which were never received to both mine and my sons father's email) When I sent a completely new email however and used the same address on their file, they were able to respond to that one which is the SAME address they claimed all other communication was sent to. Never received a refund receipt for return of bond either even though again they said it was sent to the address on file.
