Judy's Family Day Care

JUDY’S SERVICE PHILOSOPHY

Here at Judy’s Family Day Care I aim to create a safe environment where the children can enjoy their days in happiness. 

I believe that;

· Each child is cared for on a one to one basis. Time, love, understanding and nurturing are given equally to each child.

· Each child is treated as an individual and I am aware of their likes, interests and unique abilities and able to cater for and build on them, encouraging the children to grow in self-confidence.

· The social and cultural background of each child is acknowledged and respected and we all learn from each other.

· Each family is encouraged to contribute to and be a part of my Family Day Care ‘family’. I work in partnership with the families so that a balance can be created between home and Family Day Care.

· The children learn through free play and structured play, always being age appropriate. I provide gentle encouragement to them so they are able to extend themselves to the next level in order to see them reach their highest potential capability.

· Music of all genres plays a big part in the day to day program.

· I remain open and approachable to both children and families at all times.
