Journey Early Learning Templestowe

My daughter started at Journey Templestowe when she was 11 months old. After over 2.5 years, I believe this was a great decision. Roshini, educators and the entire staff have been nothing short of our extended family. Roshini has responded to my every concern with personal attention and care, has been a rock solid support and I feel so relieved when I know my child is under their care. Educators Eloise, Ashish and others genuinely care for the children and go above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable. My little one has developed her wonderful language, social and emotional skills through play, fun activities and other interactions along with building nurturing bonds, healthy eating with variety of options. She has already been introduced to cultural diversity through music, activities, art and story telling. One of my child's favorite days which she absolutely loves is when they have the weekly Magical Day Kindy dancer visitor who conduct movement classes with props and engaging fun exercises or the show and tell days!! I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation of taking care of my kid and raising her for all these years. These early childhood memories will always be cherished by us.

Our son has been here since 10 months old. We loved that it was only 45 places, (and at the time, an important feature was the separate cot room). Small day cares are hard to find. We toured the shiny big new places that had popped up everywhere around us, but we didn't want our son to get 'lost in the crowd' and just be a number. At Journey, it's like a big family home. Every educator knows every child well, not siloed just to their own room's children, and all the staff are long term, permanent staff, so the kids are familiar with everyone around them at all times. This was critical for us. It really suits our son, who prefers some quiet time, and some one on one time now and then. He's been so happy and developing amazingly. And the outdoor area is a real back yard too! With real trees in the ground, not some big, cement terrace. The staff do lots of planning for fun learning, daily updates of what the kids have been up to, and communicate really well with parents. So happy as our first child care experience.
