Established in 1992 and conveniently located just off Lakeside Drive within the Edith Cowan University (ECU) Campus, Joondalup Early Learning Centre (JELC) is a not-for-profit, community-focused centre dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education for children aged 0 to 5 years.
