We’re having such a wonderful experience at Integricare with my son, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the team of dedicated educators who make this place so special. From the very first day, the staff made both us and our child feel welcome, supported, and truly cared for. The educators are not only warm and nurturing, but also incredibly attentive to each child’s individual needs and personality. It’s clear that they genuinely love what they do. My son comes home every day happy and full of stories about the activities they’ve done, the songs they’ve sung, and the friends he’s made — which speaks volumes about how engaged and safe he feels there. What I especially appreciate is the way the educators take the time to communicate with parents. They keep us updated on everything from daily routines to developmental milestones, and it’s reassuring to know they are as invested in our child’s growth as we are. The learning environment is playful, structured, and thoughtfully planned out. I can see real progress in my son’s confidence, social skills, and curiosity — and a big part of that is thanks to the care and guidance of the amazing educators. We feel very lucky to be part of this centre and highly recommend it to any family looking for a supportive, enriching early childhood experience.

Very dreadful experience. The best decision of my life - getting my kid out of this place. Earlier I noticed my kid has lost much of his confidence. Upon my requests the educators always downplayed. Instead constantly and continually demotivated; which further escalated self-consciousness and nervousness. My kid complained daily and we thought was exaggerating until I caught the educators in the act – manipulating and discouraging. Upon which I instantly terminated services. Very clearly and unfairly the educators have handful of their preferred kids and God forbid your kid isn’t one them then educators would sacrifice their well-being at blink of an eye. Overall the educators are very careless and negligent. I would easily rate them negative in all aspects: care, safety, well-being, supervision, personality, health, hygiene, trust, awareness, fairness, development, simulation/sensory, guidance and support.
