We sent our daughter here for almost 10 months. We had two wonderful educators who truly cared about the children and were invested in their development. These educators got to know the families and had a good sound knowledge of child development. However, the centre was unable to retain consistent staff and there was a lot of miscommunication between them. There were 3 instances where my child had an incident (within the space of a number of weeks) and got hurt and the staff were more concerned about signing off the incident report than the care of my child. I had expressed my concerns to management and got a response that was generic. During this time, we sought other care options however the waitlists everywhere was long. I would alert all prospective families to the above issues and concerns.
