Dear Sona, Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your concerns with us. We truly understand how important your child’s safety and wellbeing are, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how you feel. I want to reassure you that during your child’s time with us, our team at Inspire Reservoir did everything we could to support your family with care, empathy, and transparency. We always aimed to communicate openly and to work with you in a way that felt fair, respectful, and supportive. Your child’s happiness and safety have always been our top priorities.
