The centre has undergone a complete transformation under the leadership of Priscilla, the Centre Director. She has done an incredible job in creating a warm, caring, and nurturing environment for the children. The staff are highly skilled, friendly, and always welcoming during drop-off. Communication is outstanding, especially through the Xplor app, which keeps me fully informed about my child’s day — from meals and naps to playtime, everything is updated in real time. The team is also fantastic at planning and organizing daily activities and special celebrations, such as Mother’s Day and Easter, making each day exciting and meaningful for the kids. Keep up the great work, team! I’m truly happy to have chosen this centre to be a part of my daughter’s journey.

This is the best childcare we found for our son. All educators specially Marina and Khin in Macpies room are so skilful, loving and caring. We could see the significant changes in our son since he attended Insight Throsby. He is ready to go to daycare every morning and comes home with big smiles. He also cries a lot less at every drop off now, he goes for a cuddle with the educator instead. Moreover, Priscilla, Amita and Rini are just phenomenal. They are so friendly, approachable and super supportive. They always tried their best to accommodate our needs and provide us with lots of helpful parenting advice. We can't thank this amazing place and people enough.
