Innocent Minds Punchbowl

The experience with this childcare centre has been very disappointing. The teachers lack proper qualifications and training with zero experience prior to working at the centre and the owner’s interactions with the children often leave them visibly uncomfortable and frightened. My daughter told us she screams at her and the other kids Communication with parents is minimal, and meal quality is poor (they did not have kitchen and was bringing it from another branch/centre, with little variety to support a healthy diet. During the few months my daughter attended, she developed a severe nappy rash and left marks on her body which looks like a scare. which I discovered was due to her diaper not being changed throughout the day. Parents are restricted to a small area for drop-off and pick-up, supposedly to avoid upsetting other children, but this reasoning seems weak. On one visit, I found my daughter watching TV and eating chocolate, an inappropriate activity for this setting. I regret the negative experience our child had to endure here. It was the worst experience ever, and I do not recommend this place at all, There was only one passionate teacher there and she left (her name was Jenan) while the rest literally knew nothing about children (they were 18 years old.

My daughter attended innocent Mind Preschool for a wonderful two years from(age 2 to 4), and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in for a tour, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The teachers are truly exceptional - they are patient, engaging and genuinely care about each child's individual development. They are family oriented, that makes it easier and less stressful for parents. My daughter came home every day excited to tell me about the new things she learned from alphabet, counting, science, environment to the fun part her favorite activitie HAPPY FEET. She made great friends and learned valuable skills like sharing, taking turns and gentle hands.
