The one star is for the few beautiful educators that did their best each day given the circumstances, Miss Candice, Miss Carol the chef, Miss Ema (now left)and Miss Tracey. Communication is very poor, emails are rarely responded too, high turnover of directors and educators. When issues arose one director handled it well but then left suddenly and then the handling from there was very poor and we were blatantly lied to our face about events that had happened. We tried to move past in good faith but the inconsistency resumed. We had been there for over a year and tried to keep positive but it felt like having to manage the staff on basic things and reminding them made us feel uneasy about leaving our child in care. Drop offs were constantly stressful and overwhelming for our child among others. Inappropriate behaviour to children and wording was used as well as affection which is also a hygiene issue! Can’t speak for the current new director as she started as we left but the assistant director was extremely abrasive. An email intended for staff was sent to all parents and showed how poorly staff were communicated too by the area manager spoke volumes of the high turnover. A lot of other parents pulled their kids around the time we had as well. I would not recommend this centre till they get their act together. Daycare can be hard enough for parents leaving them with someone else while they work but all these things among other details made it so much harder.
