At Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Southport, our mission is to exceed all expectations in providing quality early childhood education and care. We are proud of the wonderful centre we have created for the families in our community. Children learn through exploratory play, and our large open-ended play spaces allow children to explore, use their imagination, and engage in decision making and problem solving in order to make sense of their world.
Our centre is a home-away-from-home for our families, a nurturing space where many wonderful memories are made. Our educational programs and curriculum are delivered by long-term Educators who are dedicated to ensuring your child has the very best start to their learning journey. We offer a Queensland Government-approved Kindergarten Program and a Transition to School Program to prepare your child for primary school.
As an Imagine family, you will enjoy a number of special benefits included in your daily fee:
- Nutritious meals prepared in our onsite kitchen by our Centre Chef

- Extracurricular activities, including yoga lessons, Jumping Jim's fitness classes, Japanese lessons, gardening classes, and cooking classes
We are open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am – 6:30 pm (excluding public holidays), and we provide care and early education for children from 6 weeks old to school age.

We discovered that Imagine childcare and Kindergarten Southport provide a sense of safety and confidence for my child. He easily transitions and enjoys activities even when he initially cries to say goodbye. Each time I pick him up, he enthusiastically invites me to join him in play at the facility.

We had the greatest experience at the centre. It was my first child’s childcare and they were so kind and caring. Every time I would drop-off or pick-up, I could see how caring all staff is. Everyone always smiling and ready to help. It broke my heart to leave this place, because I could see my child happy and learning there. I was leaving my child without any worries, because I new they would be taking good care. My child still says the educators names in a lovely way, showing good memories. I just love it!

An incredible Centre with genuine, passionate, AMAZING educators and Directors. There is SO much thought and effort put into the lessons and activities each day. There is endless time taken to build connection and trust with the children, and the photos and stories we get at the end of day are always consistent and making us smile! Both our little ones love going each day, and they both have so much fun. We honestly couldn’t ask for more as parents, and feel really lucky to have found such an amazing place for our babies!
