Welcome to Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Marsden! We provide an inspiring learning environment to give your children the best possible start to their educational journey. Our centre is a home-away-from-home for our families. Your little one will learn and grow in a secure and nuturing environment, and many wonderful memories will be made.

Our modern classrooms are designed to encourage creativity, individuality, and self-confidence. Our large outdoor areas will capture your child’s imagination as they explore water stations, mud kitchens, our custom adventure fort, and our vegetable and herb gardens.

Our curriculum is supported by our long-term Educators, who are committed to supporting each child's individual journey and instilling a love for learning in them. We also offer a Queensland Government-approved Kindergarten Program and Transition to School Program to ensure your little one is equipped with the skills needed for the transition to primary school.

We operate 52 weeks a year (excluding public holidays), and we are open from 6.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday. We look forward to welcoming your family to our Imagine family.

The positive things are the huge outdoor play area, some of the educators who are warm and professional and who are adored by the kids (Miss Cindy, Miss Maddi, Miss Deelah), the daily photo updates, the consistency of having the same educators every day, the free coffee for parents. The negative things are that a lot of the staff look like they hate working there and don't smile or even look at you when you walk into the room to drop off your child; the disorganised management team (they lost a form that had my credit card details on it, told me conflicting and contradictory information during the enrolment process, didn't pass on to the educators the fact that we were leaving, so nobody even knew to say goodbye to my kids on their last day, including the receptionist); the fact that the kids are almost always segregated and don't get to play with other age groups, and are inside more than outside. I assumed this was normal but at our new centre they spend almost all their time outside (weather permitting) and the kids mingle with the other ages all day long. My child also kept telling me that one of the educators was "mean" and "angry" and that she "tells the kids they're not allowed to cry". My child never said anything like that about any of the other educators. Also an unbelievable number of spelling and grammar mistakes in every single email, and on a lot of the signage and posters around the centres. Some of the emails were almost unintelligible. It doesn't really give you a lot of confidence in their ability to "educate". My kids have been much happier and more settled since we left Imagine.
