Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Cranbourne

Disgusted by this centre Enrolled my child while addressing that my child had behaviour issues and they seemed to be understanding so my child started only to get called within 2-3 hours of my child being there and as soon as I walk in to pick my child up they say that I will need to pull my child out completely mind you I had a behaviour therapist with him at the time I got called 1. They did not even try to get to know my child 2. He was not given any food while being there 3. He was not offered any naps as I did mention he may require a nap 4. I observed while being outside speaking to the manager and teacher they did not pay any attention to my child what so ever 5. They seemed to have their favourite child in this group and it was so obvious as soon as I walked in. 6. I’ve worked in childcare myself and there are many steps to take before saying to remove the child completely actually you’re never allowed to say that. 7. Spoke to head office and they agreed with me and looking into that centre as this was the worst centre I have ever seen and I’ve worked and done placement at multiple places before. Just all seemed to be so fake in your face.

My son used to go to another childcare, and he really didn’t enjoy it. Every drop-off was a struggle, and it broke my heart. We recently switched to Imagine childcare, and the difference has been amazing - he absolutely loves it now! He’s excited to go, and seeing him happy and comfortable makes me feel so much better as a parent. It’s such a relief to know he’s in a place where he feels safe and cared for. Thank you for making our days so much better!!!!

Moved my son to Imagine, a month ago, from another centre and so far so good! Jade has made everything so easy and is always a happy face to greet us in the morning. I'm impressed with the number of educators in the room and feel comfortable my son gets the level of care he needs. The communication from the educators is perfect and I appreciate how welcome they've made us all feel. They are always doing fun activities, including incursions and excursions. I have already seen how inclusive the centre is and I feel we have found the right fit.

I want to share and express how happy I am with my son’s childcare. He’s been attending for almost a year now and his progress has been amazing. The facilities are always clean when I come in and the food always smells great. Thank you to the staff in the tiny tots room, thank you to the staff in the kitchen and also to management as well for making us feel welcome. You’re all very kind and made the transition a lot easier for my boy. We appreciate you guys!
