Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Cranbourne - Accepting Enrolments for 2025

Moved my son to Imagine, a month ago, from another centre and so far so good! Jade has made everything so easy and is always a happy face to greet us in the morning. I'm impressed with the number of educators in the room and feel comfortable my son gets the level of care he needs. The communication from the educators is perfect and I appreciate how welcome they've made us all feel. They are always doing fun activities, including incursions and excursions. I have already seen how inclusive the centre is and I feel we have found the right fit.

I want to share and express how happy I am with my son’s childcare. He’s been attending for almost a year now and his progress has been amazing. The facilities are always clean when I come in and the food always smells great. Thank you to the staff in the tiny tots room, thank you to the staff in the kitchen and also to management as well for making us feel welcome. You’re all very kind and made the transition a lot easier for my boy. We appreciate you guys!

My experience working at this center was an absolute nightmare. The room leader and assistant were incredibly rude, constantly getting me to do all the work without letting me sit down for a minute. They were unhelpful and condescending, making the work environment toxic. When I raised my concerns with the person in charge, she brushed it off by saying they don't micromanage and did nothing to support me, despite knowing I was new. The management is just as bad—they don't address any issues, and I wasn't even paid for a week after I spoke up. This job severely affected my mental peace, and I had no choice but to leave. Total disappointment.
