ICU Early Learning Childcare Centre

I urgently wanted to enroll 2 of my kids at this centre , I'd done a tour a few months earlier and liked the place , I spoke to someone via text first they said it was fine for me to go in at 1pm , I offered to come later because I know at most centres the kids are sleeping at that time , the person I was speaking to assured me that 1pm was fine , I got there just before one , a staff member stuck they're head out the door and offered me enrolment papers , I said I want to come in and enroll right now , I'd already told the person via text that I had all appropriate paperwork birth certs ect and wanted to enroll today , the staff member at the centre wouldn't let me in which devastated my 5yr old whome i had with me but it's understandable as young children were asleep inside, the staff member told me to come back anytime after 2pm , I came home filled out 2 ridiculously long enrolment forms and went back again just after 2 again a staff member came out of the building when I pulled up and again didn't want me to enter , sayin that id already done a tour so i didnt need to come in i persisted that i needed to come in then she said they all just woke up and it's really hectic at the moment...... this really enfuriated me i left . ridiculous waste of my time and 1 very sad child with me ! Declined entry to a daycare centre TWICE very odd ! I will be reporting this !
