HopePoint Preschool
About HopePoint Preschool
HopePoint Preschool is a Christian not-for-profit, community-based preschool, serving families of the Bankstown local government area and surrounds.
Our team of qualified and experienced educators are committed to providing a high quality education and care programme, for children aged 3-5 years of age. This programme is tailored to meet the unique strengths and interests of each child, supporting them to thrive and flourish in their learning and development. Our transition to school programme aims to equip each child with the social and academic skills they require for beginning Kindergarten, including a visitation programme through our K-6 Christian school, and regular visits to the school library, establishing a love of reading in the preschool years.
The team of HopePoint Preschool prides itself on the love, care, support and encouragement provided to families in their parenting role. Families have many opportunities to connect with each other, through a range of special events and volunteering opportunities, including our annual Easter and Christmas Concerts. Through our HopePoint community, families have access to counselling services through HopeCare, can connect in the HopePoint Cafe from 8-11am on a Tue and Fri, or may attend Playtime, the Church’s community playgroup for children aged 0-5 and their caregivers.
Formerly Calvary Chapel Preschool, our service has a long-history of providing quality care and education to our local community since 1979. Following on from the church's change of name in 2012, our preschool enters a new era as HopePoint Preschool in 2013, and is committed to providing the same level of care and education families have come to know and expect of our service.
