I can’t say about how they treat the children that attend this child care but I definitely would not recommend working here. They bully their staff to the point they don’t want to go back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible, horrible place. I’d hate to think if they bully their staff, how they would treat the children.

My son left this daycare at the start of the year after we were pushed out and I was left with no choice but to look elsewhere. If you have a child that is high energy or needs more attention than the rest don’t send them here. My (at the time) 18 month old was having a biting phase and after a few months with little progress the director at the time was only able to “offer me 1-half day a week”. as a single mother already struggling to parent difficult behaviour and navigate everything else alone this put me in the hardest position . This was honestly one of the hardest times mentally for me in my life. She sat me down in the office and watched me cry for an hour talking about everything and essentially said sorry but maybe look elsewhere. I’m so happy this all happened in hindsight because moving was the best thing that ever happened to both my son and I. Our new Centre in Langwarrin is a 5 star centre with the most unbelievably beautiful staff and owners- he doesn’t cry on days he is going to daycare anymore, and the biting stopped literally immediately once he was away from this centre.

Hi Victoria, i would like to discuss this if you like but this is not the forum as there were many circumstances to your situation. I am glad in hindsight it worked out for you.
