At Hilltop Childcare Centre, we aim to provide a high standard of early childhood services offering your family a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

We are so excited to welcome you all to our newly opened service, Hilltop Childcare Centre - 11 Hilltop Road! Set in a beautiful heritage home that has been renovated to a purpose built childcare centre.

As you enter the main door, you are lead down a open and airy hallway with all classroom to either side of you. With 5 classrooms, open spaces, a purpose built outdoor area which encourages and foster's creativity, you will no doubt want your child to attend any other service but Hilltop Childcare - 11 Hilltop Road.

Very disappointing experience I paid a bond deposit for my child’s enrolment at 38 Hilltop Childcare Centre. Despite multiple follow-ups, phone calls, and significant time and effort, the bond has not been refunded. Each time I contacted the centre, I was told “we will process it now” and “sorry for the inconvenience”, but no refund was ever received. After repeated unmet promises, I was left with no choice but to take the matter to NSW Fair Trading. This experience has been very disappointing. I believe families should be treated fairly, especially when it comes to refunding deposits. This has been stressful and time-consuming, and I did not expect this level of unprofessional handling of a bond refund.
