We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Heritage House Wahroonga! The staff is incredibly caring, professional, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. Our child has learned so much and developed both socially and emotionally in a warm, nurturing environment. The communication with parents is excellent — we always felt informed and included. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of activities to keep the kids engaged. It felt like a second home for our little one!

We’ve had a great experience with HH Wahroonga. The staff are engaged, caring, and always friendly, making it a warm and welcoming environment for our toddler. The facilities are fantastic! Clean, well-equipped, and designed to encourage learning and play. However, there has been some staff turnover recently, and even though it hasn’t directly impacted us, as the room leaders have been there since the beginning, we’ve raised this concern with the centre. Overall, we feel confident that our child is in a nurturing and supportive space.

I had a very bad experience there (Wahroonga). I received numerous reports about other kids biting my daughter and frequent accidents. She was uncomfortable sleeping there, and when she did, it was often in the middle of the room on the floor, covered with a staff member's jacket. She was constantly scared to go inside, and I found her crying alone in the corner many times at pick-up time. The staff never seemed to know about her day or previous incidents (she was bitten three times in two weeks). She was constantly dirty, tired, hungry, overall neglected.

Heritage House has been a great experience for us. My daughter was always happy there, and the Toddlers room is fantastic. Somi and Anusha are such beautiful people who truly care for the kids. Hansha, the centre manager, is wonderful and very supportive. Highly recommend!
