Both of our kids spent their early childhood years at this centre and we wholeheartedly recommend it to others. The atmosphere is welcoming as soon as you walk through the door and as parent you feel included in the decisions made at the centre. The staff is dedicated and educators are always kind offering extra support whenever needed. Kanika is outstanding team leader with genuine care for children. Her thoughtful approach and problem solving skills consistently surpass our expectations.

My daughter has flourished at Headstart! When she first joined, she couldn't remember anyone's names and was an extremely picky eater. Now she comes home excited, telling me about everyone she met that day and knows all the teachers' names! She even tries new foods! She absolutely adores Chef Debby and always talks about the "yummy lunch" Debby makes. Her favourite teacher is Yuchen, but don't get me wrong - she loves all the teachers as well! I'm amazed by how much she's improved since joining Headstart. In her current kindergarten, she still doesn't remember all the teachers' names and can't recall many of her friends' names there. This shows how special the environment at Headstart truly is! The caring staff create such a nurturing environment where children truly thrive. Every day brings new skills and happy memories. I cannot recommend this daycare enough! As first-time parents, we were understandably apprehensive about sending our son to daycare, but from the very first orientation with Pallavi to his initial days with Ayesha, we were made to feel at ease. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our son's comfort and smooth transition. Even though we've only been here for 4 months, the bond our son shares with the educators is a testament to their passion and genuine care. They have always been attentive to his needs, especially when he was teething and didn’t want to eat – they always made sure he had something. We also want to give a special mention to Kajal, the new leader in Daisy Room, who is incredibly warm and nurturing towards the children. Kanika, the center manager, along with her entire team, is simply wonderful. They are affectionate, understanding, and truly passionate about their work. A heartfelt thank you to Pallavi, Ayesha, Kajal, Bindu, Kanika, Chef Deby, Annu, Shiny, and Satya for taking exceptional care of our son. Our son absolutely adores Ayesha and Kajal, and it’s so sweet to hear him ask for them even on holidays – such a strong bond! If it weren’t for us moving cities, we would never consider leaving this daycare. The care here is truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family!
