We are so grateful to have found Harmony Early Education Bahrs Scrub. From the first time we attended for a tour through to our daughter’s first day here, I felt confident and at ease that she would be well looked after. Thankyou to all of the wonderful staff and educators.

I needed to remove my daughter from harmony bahrs scrub because of the care (or lack of) that she was receiving. 1. When toilet training she was left in her pull up from drop off for 10 hours ( I am a working mum) ended up getting severe nappy rash as a result and her confidence took a nose dive because of it. 2. Staff thought she had been collected not once but twice because they weren't taking notice of her. 3. Staff didn't inform me that my child was hardly eating any of the foods given, no alternative was given and her health was compromised. 4. Bullying.. my daughter asked to change kindys because of how other kids were to her, when I mentioned this to the staff there was no compassion and they did not seem interested in her emotions or how she felt.

We understand the challenges of parenting and the importance of feeling confident in your child's care. We genuinely regret any distress these concerns may have caused you and your daughter. Our aim is to address these matters promptly and implement any necessary improvements. While we investigate the specific incidents you mentioned, we want to emphasize our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism, as what you have described is not in line with the high standard of care that we pride ourselves on. At the same time, we would like to express that our goal is to understand the situation comprehensively and encourage you to reach out to the Centre Director or Regional Operations Manager to discuss your concerns, so we can ensure any issues are rectified. My son goes to Harmony and they have the best educators, they’re so caring and lovely. I feel at ease knowing he’s in great hands. Highly recommend.

From the moment you set foot into this amazing educational space, you feel welcome, safe and secure in knowing that the team will support all learners in their journey. Their educational mantra encourages and builds upon each child's uniqueness and strengths and the experience is catered to each individual. I would recommend no other centre as highly as I do Little Oaks.
