Happy Tots Early Education believe in the power of the individual… this relates to their relationships across the community – building relationships with locals who add to their practices (such as sustainability experts and professional development providers), they actively engage families ensuring that their methods of communication (such as Storypark) offer a real-time feedback and input channel for families into learning program and educators actively participate in early learning professional groups (such as ACA Queensland) thereby gaining access to new and valuable tools to enhance the service they provide to children and their families.

They have a genuine focus on continuous improvement.  All centres have an up-to-date Quality Improvement Plan that is actively serviced through feedback from families and team members.  Every month families are consulted regarding policies and procedures and centre leadership team meets to consider and reflect upon how they can best meet both Regulatory requirements and family expectations.
