Hi Tanya, I was genuinely surprised by your review, especially after the positive letter you shared with our center manager when you left. It's difficult to understand the shift in perspective that led to your review, and I'm open to discussing any concerns that might have led to this. Your comments are noted and we're aware that perceptions can be influenced by various factors, such as connections with former staff. We want to clarify that we do not, and have never, offered incentives for positive reviews. We've previously shared our parent satisfaction survey results. These surveys reflects the authentic and positive experiences within our community. Finally, It's worth noting that an overwhelming majority of families who have moved on from our center did so because their children were transitioning to school, which is a natural progression we celebrate.
