Happy Hearts Child Care Centre and Kindergarten Richlands East

Happy Hearts is an amazing childcare centre which I have had the pleasure of being apart of. As an Educator I feel a sense of belonging in being apart of such an inclusive team that dedicates their work to the livelihoods of children and holding their hands as they enter the real world. The paramount support staff receive is indicative of the company culture here ; they place great value making a place that prioritises equality, respect and innovation. In the time I have worked with Happy Hearts, I have had the chance to grow into my role and see success from it as a result of the comprehensive training and quality of attention given to staff members well-being.
