Happy Hearts Child Care Centre and Kindergarten - Caboolture

Originally I was happy with the centre, few issues at the start and my daughter in pre kindy settled pretty well as she's got friendly personality, and I wouldn't fault her educators as such, hence why the 2 star. But I wouldn't recommend Nursery classs to anyone with young babies. It's an awful experience in Nursery room, my little one started when he was 5months, the care in Nursery, the meals, the hygiene is appalling. The baskets provided to put in babies bottles are so dirty, none of the educator had initiative to wash those. Staffs in Nursery would forget to give baby bottle, gave my 10months old first bottle at 3.59pm, no water given to him, water bottle was still full, and he gets dropped off at 7.25am. They would give baby with barely any teeth sandwiches every day, no other meal option for babies that doesnt eat the sandwiches except fruits, so my boy will have fruit's from morning till pickup if they remember to feeed him any. No proper menu for babies like other daycare has. The daycare I moved him to has a separate menu for babies and another for older kids. I loved the location as its easy access route for me But I had to pulled the kids out after so much consideration. I wished I did earlier. So I wouldn't recommend for anyone with babies. Pre kindy class is ok
