About Hadfield Early Learning Centre
Welcome to Hadfield Early Learning Centre where we support every child to learn and grow at their own pace and in their own unique way.
We welcome children from six weeks to school age, with a four year old kindergarten program. We offer a secure and safe environment where curiosity is encouraged, concepts are explored and discovery is celebrated. The children experience the power of learning together in large and small groups while still pursuing their own individual learning pathways.
At Hadfield ELC we believe that it takes a village to raise a child therefore we are eager to be active partners and create collaborative relationships with families and their community.

My children have been attending this center for the past four years, and we have had a wonderful experience with teachers like Tina , bee and many others, who have always taken great care of the children. However, over the last few months, we’ve noticed a decline in the standard of care, particularly , Ruby’s attitude has been unprofessional and unwelcoming, making our experience less pleasant. Our last visit was especially concerning, as we found our child left in a situation that seemed neglectful. We hope to see improvements in the future.

Without relevant context/details relating to your review, it is difficult for us to either substantiate or appropriately address your concerns/allegations. We encourage your family to reach out to our service via the centre’s escalation channels so that we can fully understand your allegations and concerns, undertake an investigation for your family and based on those findings, work towards a resolution together. Hadfield ELC is an amazing childcare service. Their educators are so supportive, nurturing and kind. The experiences they provide for the children are fantastic, such as the cooking they do, art, gardening program etc. The staff are all so dedicated, professional and are always doing what’s best for the kids.
