Guardian Childcare & Education Wollert

I would like to take a moment to recognise and thank the management and educators at Guardian Wollert for the incredible support and care provided to my three-year-old girls. Our experience has been nothing short of fantastic.

A special thank you to Zabeen for being so responsive and supportive. She accommodated our changing requirements and even undertook a review of the menu, demonstrating a genuine commitment to listening to families and continuously improving the centre.

When my girls initially struggled with drop-offs, the management team worked proactively to create consistency by ensuring the same educators were available to receive them in the mornings. This thoughtful approach made a tremendous difference and helped the girls settle in much more quickly and confidently.

I am also continually impressed by the educators' focus on each child's emotional development. The daily observations, small adjustments, and personalised approaches they take to support individual needs are truly remarkable. It is evident that the team genuinely cares about the wellbeing and growth of every child.

Additionally, the introduction of new and engaging programs keeps the learning environment exciting and enriching for the children. It is wonderful to see such creativity and dedication in fostering their development.

Please extend our sincere gratitude to everyone involved. Your hard work, commitment, and care have made a significant positive impact on our family, and we are very appreciative of everything you do.
