Since google asks me to leave a review. My son attended Guardian Tempe for briefly 3 days before he turned 3, and he refused to go after the 3rd time. In an area with low childcare vacancies, you can enrol your child in Guardian Tempe at anytime should have alerted me about the centre. In our experience, Guardian Tempe is charging the most expensive rates in the area, however we found their care is very disappointing. Instead of add my husband to my son's enrolment email, they added a random person, this has never happened in my life, I wasn't aware that a stranger's email address was cced in my son's childcare enrolment email, I though I replied to Guardian Tempe for my son's birth certificate and immunisation history, until a stranger replied this is a wrong email address. I was terrified what could a stranger do with my son's privacy! During my son's 3 days in the centre, we had one update about how he was on the first and second day, the third day we only received a generic update after we picked him up, we called, Karina said he is settled so they didn't give us any update. He came home with nappy rash 3 times, we told the educator that he goes to toilet at his family daycare, they left him in nappies and only changed him when my husband went to pick him up. On his second day,we were told to leave by Karina, or other kids will be upset, when we were trying to give feedback about his first day in daycare. Maybe if the educators can give some care to other kids they deserve, they won't be upset. The toddlers need to be escorted to outdoor area to play, my son only spent less than a hour outside each day, which is not enough for his age. During our orientation, a toddler's behaviour was out of control, the educators did nothing about it. He was at the outdoor area taking other kids toys, if he can't get his way, he will throw tantrums and throw toys at other kids. The educators just let him be. We never meet the centre manager outside the app generic messages. If you are desperate for a daycare, you can always get a spot from this centre. But if you care about your child's welfare, I recommend you to find another place.

We absolutely love this center and the awesome new management team! Since they took over, everything's been so much better—communication, activities, and the overall care. The staff is super kind and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the kids. My daughter absolutely loves it there, and it feels like a second home for her. And a big shout-out to all the amazing preschool educators! Your dedication and hard work mean a lot to us, and we’re so grateful for everything you do for our little ones! Also my second baby will start at Guardian Tempe soon, so excited!
