Our child has been attending this center for over a year. While the educators have consistently been loving and caring, the management was inconsistent until about three months ago. Since Ishini and Shaoli joined the management team, we have seen significant positive changes. The educators now provide proper feedback, greet parents with a smile, and offer detailed information on meals and sleeping. We appreciate you taking our feedback to heart and implementing these positive changes. However, we believe the management team should also consider adjusting the fees to be more in line with area standards, as the current rate is approximately 10% higher than the local market average.

The new management team Ishini and Shaoli at this childcare center is exceptional—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Together with other good educators in the center, they ensure a safe, nurturing environment and maintain excellent communication with parents. Their dedication to high standards and child development is truly commendable. I feel confident and at ease knowing my child is in such capable hands.

Our 1yo attended here for 6 months and only that long because our desired centre didn't have an earlier spot. They regularly (almost weekly) failed to abide by educator:child ratios (management says ratios are maintained but when I counted the number of babies and educators, they were clearly not). Communication between staff was non-existent, I'd tell someone about timing for sleeps at dropoff only to pick her up and find that wasn't adhered to. At pickup, her sleep times often weren't recorded and it seemed like staff just made it up on the spot (as they often did not match when my daughter went to sleep that night). They ignored my repeated requests to not give her a dummy during awake times- I'd see her with the dummy in photos during the day and/or at pickup time. Hygiene was poor- I'd pick her up to find another child's dummy or drink bottle in her mouth, and she got sick far more than my older 2 did when starting daycare. They failed to give her a bottle on 3 separate days. Last but not least, our daughter ended up in hospital with stitches because apparently an empty chair fell on her finger and split it open. There were a couple of great educators, but I have raised my concerns to multiple staff (including management) multiple times and there was no improvement. Staff are nice on a personal level, but undersupported and overworked.

Hi Rachel, Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We apologise for the challenges you faced during your child's time at our centre. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we take your feedback seriously. We will be investigating the processes in place to ensure that educator-child ratios, communication, and hygiene protocols are consistently met. Additionally, we will review the incident regarding your daughter’s injury and ensure steps are taken to prevent any future occurrences. Your child’s safety and well-being are of the utmost importance, and we appreciate your patience as we address these matters. Please know we are committed to making improvements where necessary, and we will continue to support both the children and educators in our care. If you would like to discuss this further, please don't hesitate to call 138 230.
