About Guardian Childcare & Education Point Cook West
Recently refurbished, our Centre features exciting outdoor play spaces that children love, including a large sandpit, vegetable gardens, and natural climbing structures.
At Guardian Childcare & Education Point Cook West, children aged 6 weeks to 6 years are cared for in a resource-rich and stimulating environment. With a team of highly experienced educators caring for them, the children participate in art, gardening, music and French language classes as part of a personalised program approach.
The incredible indoor learning spaces at the centre are filled with natural light, creating an inspiring atmosphere in which the children can thrive. Each space is equipped with materials and resources that cater to the developmental needs of the children using the space.
Outdoors, the centre has three large spaces for the different age groups. The children can ride their bikes, run over the bridge or play at the creek bed. The centre also has a thriving community garden for the children to tend to and centre pets to teach the children about responsibility and caring for others.
The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of Free Kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care Kindergarten program. Families will save up to $2,101 a year for children aged three-years-old and above in eligible long day cares in 2025.

From the moment I walked in for the centre tour I felt a warm and welcoming environment. The management team is really friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into creating a supportive space for both children and their families. It was wonderful to see the children happy, engaged, and enjoying their time with the educators.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Guardian Point Cook West. The educators and front management staff are warm and professional. From day one, our 4-year-old felt comfortable, supported, and excited to attend each day. The programs offered at the childcare are engaging. We also really appreciate the variety of the food, and the meals provided are nutritious. A big thank you to the amazing team for creating such a safe and nurturing environment. My one and half year old started going to Guardian Point Cook West since February and love the facility and the educators. All the staff do an exceptional job caring for children. I recommend to book a tour if you are searching for a great childcare for your baby

I placed my daughter in this centre in October 2024. Having moved from NZ in mid 2024, Monica needed a place that made her feel like she belonged and to make new friends. She has thrived and absolutely loves it. The management are fantastic, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to seeing my daughter develop further and enrol my second child next year!
