We have never encountered any concerns related to hygiene, nutrition, or well-being, such as nappy rash, malnutrition, or dehydration, which speaks to the high standards upheld by the staff. Their dedication is further demonstrated through their prompt email responses, regular fortnightly newsletters—including detailed menus—and their invaluable assistance in navigating the childcare subsidy process with Centrelink. Additionally, the facility maintains outstanding cleanliness, reinforcing the level of care and attention provided.
