Guardian Childcare & Education Forde

My 11 months old child used to go to Guardian Childcare Ford, on her first day they forgot to offer her milk bottle whole day, my baby was getting nappy rashes as they don't change nappies on time. Alot of times when we picked her up, her nappy was not changed even after smelling poo. We have to ask educator to change nappy at the the time of pickup. After taking my child out from the centre they did unnecessary deductions from our account untill 3 weeks. I don't recommend this centre especially for age group from.0-2.

We've been very happy with our experiences with Guardian Forde and the team and highly recommend them. Particularly as first time parents, they've helped us get our heads around daycare and made the process much easier. Our daughter loves her days at Guardian and it's clear she feels safe and comfortable with her educators and talks about them and her friends often. She's always been made to feel welcome, the educators know her by name and are enthusiastic to see her - this certainly makes drop offs easier! She really enjoys all the fun activities, celebrating different themes and cultural days and happily eats the varied menu provided (I wish I knew the secret to this!). Sarah and Yerli at the front office are great to speak with, any issues we've had have been quickly addressed and they're always willing to have a chat and discuss any concerns or ideas. Thanks for looking after and caring for our little one!

We love Guardian Childcare at Forde! The educators are all amazing and it’s obvious they enjoy working with the children. They’re friendly, warm and welcoming. My child even talks about them at home; she remembers and still talks to all the educators from all the rooms she has been in there (we have been with Guardian from Nursery and now in Preschool). At home I have a very picky eater, but at daycare she eats the most incredible variety of nutritious foods. They were absolutely wonderful supporting us during toilet training too! Highly recommend!!

We can’t thank the team at Guardian Forde enough! As we were moving to Canberra with so many new things to adjust to, our child initially had a really hard time settling in. But thanks to the amazing support and kindness from all the managers and teachers, she’s now happily settled in and truly enjoying her time at the center. The encouragement and care from the staff have made a world of difference. We’re incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done to help our child feel comfortable and happy. We highly recommend Guardian Forde for their warmth, patience, and genuine dedication to the children.
