The Victorian Government offers funding to provide families up to 15 hours of Free Kindergarten a week, in addition to the Childcare Subsidy. The funding offsets the fees for three and four-year-old children that are part of the centre’s long day care Kindergarten program. Families will save up to $2,101 a year for children aged three-years-old and above in eligible long day cares in 2026.

Our nurturing Nursery spaces are designed to help babies settle quickly, giving families comfort and confidence. Our Baby Ambassador will get to know your child’s personality, preferences and routines.

By focusing on Nutrition for Life, Guardian gives families peace of mind, knowing their children are developing habits that can set them up for a future of exposure to different foods, good eating patterns and healthy eating. Our qualified cook / chef provides 5 healthy foods every day from our in-house kitchen.

I don’t think a review is sufficient to rave about this centre. Our kids been attending this centre for almost 4 years since nursery. From the moment I walked into the place, it felt like home. I looked at other centres juts for the heck of it but Guardian Caulfield north had my heart.<br>Mariah has been an excellent centre manager from the time she stepped into the role. The culture of a workplace is set by its leadership and it’s evident that she sets a very positive one. The staff respect and encourage each other and are always open to feedback. Lexi and Naomi play an integral role in creative a learning curriculum that suits every child’s need and are always open to supporting parents with additional resources when necessary. It would be remiss if I didn’t mention my son’s current educators Marla, Aashini and Lalita. They get to know each child’s strengths individually and understand where the gaps lie and despite having to deal with a whole classroom, it appears that every consideration is taken to ensure that different learning paces are accommodated. This is a real centre of excellence and I have seen my child thrive and is always joyful when attending Guardian. He adores his teachers and comes home and tells me they are his best friends. Guardian makes such an effort to create a warm community with the parents and little ones. You walk in and it feels like you’re with family. It is a privilege to stay at home and care for your young ones but if that’s not an option, this is the village I will choose over again.
