About Guardian Childcare & Education Brunswick
Every day is an opportunity for discovery and growth at Guardian Childcare & Education Brunswick (formerly Blyth Street). With a range of exciting, resource-rich environments – including four soon-to-be-renovated outdoor spaces – children are encouraged to explore and learn.
The spacious centre also has a tinker lab, an indoor/outdoor classroom, mud pits, shady trees, wooden decking, and a range of age-specific ateliers.
Children get out and about on regular excursions, so we have a great connection with the surrounding community. We visit locations such as the local creek, cafes, parks, Bunnings, the library and nearby supermarkets.
With a community-minded team of Educators who have been with the centre for a long time, we are proud to have a culturally diverse team and celebrate a variety of cultures and holidays.
Our on-site chef prepares five nutritionally balanced meals using seasonal ingredients every day. To further explore food at the centre, our Educators host cooking classes for the children to get involved in to enhance their understanding of good nutrition.

I have always found the educators welcoming and friendly, my daughter loved attending every day. The chef cooked amazing meals that even I wanted to eat!! Management always took the time to assist me with any query I had. Highly recommend.

This is a very poorly managed center. Its staff and even management’s turnover is very high - which concerning that some decisions seem driven solely by short-term gains, neglecting the well-being of both employees and the quality of education provided. I believe the higher operation office of this company do not have enough understanding of the education industry. They only care about immediate benefits, do not cherish excellent employees, and instead allow some irresponsible people to make unreasonable changes and unsafe factors (just because it saves costs). The middle and senior managers of this kindergarten should seriously reflect on the strategies to ensure a positive and sustainable environment for both staff and students. A business that only cares about money is the least likely to make money and long term success.
